Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Perynn ("we", "us") is a service operated by David out of San Diego, California, providing missed-call handling, websites, online booking, and review management for service businesses.
2. The pilot and refund
The two-week pilot is billed up front. If the service catches no qualified leads during the pilot window, you're entitled to a full refund of the pilot fee. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the pilot ending.
3. Term, billing and cancellation
The two-week pilot has no commitment beyond that period. Monthly plans (Always On and Found & Booked) begin with a three-month minimum term so the service has a fair window to be set up, learn your business, and show results. After the minimum term, plans continue month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically; cancellation stops the next renewal and fees already billed are not pro-rated or refunded for the current period.
4. What we don't promise
We set up and run the tools that help you capture more work, but we can't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on your call volume, trade, and market.
5. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us and for handling the leads we pass to you. You confirm you have the right to forward your business calls to our service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
