About

You're not dealing with a faceless tech company.

I'm David. 7+ years in IT, from enterprise cloud and network engineering to building web and mobile apps, automations, and AI workflows. By day I'm a cloud engineer working in Azure: governance, secure networking, monitoring, and disaster recovery for systems that can't afford to go down. I built Perynn because the tech that catches a missed call and turns it into a booked job isn't complicated, most service businesses just don't have anyone to set it up and keep it running. That's exactly what I do.

A few things I've worked on: secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, with governance and cost guardrails, hub-and-spoke networking, centralized monitoring, and tested cross-region failover · custom websites and mobile apps built end to end · automation and AI workflows that take the repetitive busywork off people's plates. The same engineering that runs behind the scenes for bigger companies, put to work for your shop.

I'm local, here in San Diego. You can call me and a real person answers. And because I refund the pilot if it doesn't catch you work, the risk sits with me, not you. I'd rather earn your business by proving it than talk you into it.

Common questions

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. We forward calls you don't answer to your AI assistant. Your customers still call the same number they always have.

What happens to emergency calls?

The assistant is set up to recognize urgent jobs like leaks, no heat, or equipment failures, and it flags those to you first so you can call back fast.

What if it doesn't catch anything?

Then the pilot is free. You get a full refund. That's the whole point of starting with a two-week test instead of a contract.

Is this just for pool service?

No. It works for any service business that misses calls: plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, electrical, cleaning, and more. The assistant is tuned to your specific trade.
