When you contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email, and business details. When our missed-call service runs on your line, we process the caller's phone number and the details of their request so we can pass you the lead.
2. How we use it
We use this information to qualify and deliver leads to you, set up and maintain your website and booking, send review requests, and communicate with you about the service. We don't sell your data.
3. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the service, for example calendar/booking tools (such as Calendly), hosting, and analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.
4. Data retention
We keep lead and account records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. You can also opt out of non-essential messages.
